American Traveler is hiring an RN for the Emergency Department, requiring 18 months of ER experience and a GA or compact RN license.
Details- Emergency Department setting in a very busy ER
- Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week
- 30-minute meal break included
- No on-call responsibilities
- Active GA or compact RN license required
- Minimum 18 months of ER nursing experience required
- Some trauma experience needed
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
- NIHSS certification required
- Full SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
- Local candidates are not accepted
- Former Emory or Houston perm staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if on or near a holiday
- Only one holiday RTO request is allowed per assignment
- Candidates may only be submitted to one open position at a time
