American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position on night shift requiring ACLS, NIHSS, and at least 18 months of recent specialty experience.
Details- Work in the Emergency Department at a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule, 3x12s, 36 hours per week
- 12-hour shifts with a 30-minute meal break
- No on-call responsibilities
- Active GA or compact RN license required in hand
- Current ACLS and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 18 months of ER experience within the past 3 years required
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not accepted
- Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if it does
- Only one holiday time-off request allowed per assignment
