Registered Nurse; RN Acute Care

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team, delivering personalized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting. They operate within a framework guided by evidence-based practice, professional standards, and organizational models, ensuring adherence to legal, ethical, and safety regulations.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, respecting cultural differences.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education, focusing care goals on patient preferences.
• Coordinate safe, quality care documentation and foster a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.
• Participate in performance improvement, research activities, and shared governance to enhance care quality and safety.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor, supporting professional development and workforce sustainability.
• Promote evidence-based practice, contribute to protocol development, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.

• Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in technology, critical thinking, and ability to respond effectively in fast-paced environments.
