American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 18 months of experience and Epic EMR proficiency.

• Work in a hospital Emergency Department setting
• Night shift schedule: 3x12 hour shifts, 36 hours per week (15:00-03:00)
• 30 minute meal break included
• No on-call responsibilities

• Active GA or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience required
• Epic EMR experience required

• Provide emergency department nursing care to a variety of patient presentations
• Must reside outside a 50 mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this travel position
• Former Emory Healthcare and Houston Methodist permanent staff must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days when not falling on or near a holiday, and 3 days when falling on or near a holiday, with only one holiday request permitted
