Unit: 10-bed Rapid Admission Unit
Ratio: 5:1
Patient Type: General medical patients & surgical patients awaiting surgery
Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty
Certifications: BLS & ACLS required
Work Style: Clear communication and ability to work independently
Unit Pace: Rapid patient turnover compared with a standard Med/Surg unit
Submission Requirements:
