Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Join a dynamic emergency nursing team as a member of the W.E.S.T. Float Pool, providing expert, compassionate care across multiple healthcare facilities.

As part of this role, you will deliver comprehensive emergency nursing services, including assessment, triage, medication administration, and patient education.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, respond swiftly to critical situations, and ensure accurate documentation.

Work in diverse ED environments, gaining varied clinical experience and embracing new challenges with flexibility.

• Minimum 2+ years of recent ED RN experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Active RN license (Georgia or Compact)
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; TNCC or ATCN preferred
• Critical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure

• Provide urgent, patient-centered emergency care
• Administer treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Respond effectively to emergencies and codes
• Educate patients and families
• Maintain compliant documentation
