American Traveler is hiring an experienced Level IV/Surgical NICU RN for a day shift position requiring PALS certification and weekend block scheduling.

• Level IV/Surgical Neonatal ICU setting
• Common diagnoses include CDH, MAS, NEC, TEF/EA, abdominal wall defects, BPD, pulmonary hypertension, and pre/peri/post-op cases
• Day shift schedule with 12-hour shifts
• Weekend block schedule required, including Friday, Saturday, and one variable weekday shift
• Floating to other units required
• One holiday coverage required if it falls during the contract period
• No on-call responsibilities

• Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand
• PALS certification required, NRP preferred
• Level IV/Surgical NICU experience required
• Must pass nicotine testing along with drug screen, no exceptions
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions accepted

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level IV/Surgical NICU setting
• Facility maintains a nicotine-free policy for all staff
