Three Oaks Hospice is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team and families. This is a weekend on-call role with Friday 5pm–Midnight, Saturday–Sunday 8am–Midnight, with full-time status.
The ideal candidate holds an RN license, has a nursing degree, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of RN experience in clinical settings; hospice or home health experience is preferred.
