Our Crew Leaders average $1,000–$1,200/week

Top earners make $25+/hour. We use a performance‑based pay structure similar to profit sharing — the more you produce, the more you earn. Techs who show drive and leadership can move up quickly.

Provide pressure washing, soft washing, and surface cleaning services

Operate equipment safely and efficiently

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

Maintain company equipment and vehicles

Follow safety procedures and company standards

Valid driver’s license + clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders

Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons

Dependable, team‑focused, and coachable
