We’re Hiring:Veterinary Kennel Technician (Professional Pet Spoiler & Clean‑Up Champion!)
Do muddy paw prints feel like nature’s confetti? Can you tell the difference between a “feed me” bark and an “I demand cuddles now” bark? If so—we need you!
Job Description What You’ll Be Doing:- Providing top‑tier TLC to hospitalized pets
- Feeding, walking, cuddling, and reassuring furry guests
- Cleaning kennels so well they sparkle like a freshly bathed Samoyed
- Monitoring pet health and reporting concerns to the veterinary team
- Assisting technicians and doctors when needed
- Becoming best friends with at least 3 dogs and 2 cats per shift (unofficial requirement)
- Aren’t afraid of fur on your scrubs (it’s basically glitter)
- Can handle enthusiastic tail wags and the occasional dramatic Chihuahua
- Are calm, patient, and kind—even when someone hisses at you
- Have experience working with animals (preferred, but we’ll train the right human!)
- Unlimited slobbery kisses
- Daily dose of puppy breath
- The satisfaction of helping pets feel safe and loved

This job is active! Expect lifting (up to 50 lbs), lots of walking, cleaning, and the occasional “surprise” mess. It’s not always glamorous — but it’s always meaningful. If you’re ready to trade a quiet desk for wagging tails and happy purrs, we’d love to meet you.
Additional InformationPay Range: $15/hr
Schedule: 8 am to 2 pm; 4 days a week Monday thru Friday (no weekends required)
