+ Lead and support incident investigations, identify root causes, and drive effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

+ Deliver engaging EHS training and coaching programs that build knowledge, accountability, and a strong safety-first culture.

+ Champion a positive safety culture by influencing and engaging employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.

+ Support the implementation of EHS policies, procedures, and corporate initiatives while ensuring consistency across assigned locations.

+ Collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to drive safety and environmental improvement projects.

+ Help sites maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other applicable regulations while staying current on evolving industry requirements and best practices.

+ Travel regularly to support assigned facilities and build strong partnerships with local teams.

** What You'll Bring*

+ Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all organizational levels.

+ Demonstrated ability to identify risks, solve problems, and implement practical solutions in dynamic operational environments.

+ Experience leading training programs, conducting incident investigations, and supporting regulatory compliance initiatives.

+ A proactive, continuous improvement mindset with a focus on delivering results and driving positive change.

+ Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to provide onsite support across multiple locations.

** What We're Looking For*

+ Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS management software.

+ Must be based at an ICPG manufacturing facility, which will serve as the employee's home site.
