Candidate must have experience with electrical systems and quality assurance.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
Conduct quality control inspections on incoming final products and materials.
Manage quality assurance processes across all operations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Develop and publish quality management reports.
Lead and implement the document management system.
Support the assembly operations of busway tap off boxes, ensuring adherence to quality specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.
Train and mentor staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards including but not limited to FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, PPAP.
Quality management system certification (ISO 9001 or IATF 16949)

Experience with quality control inspections and process improvements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Previous experience as an electrician or working in an environment where electrical equipment was manufactured.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
