About the RoleThe Quality Auditor Level I plays a critical role in ensuring that manufacturing processes and products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with standard quality documentation such as inspection reports and audit checklists.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Effective communication skills to report findings clearly and work collaboratively with team members.
- Associate degree or certification in Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to quality auditing.
- Experience of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or industry‑specific standards.
- Proficiency with quality inspection tools and software.
- Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis techniques.
- Perform routine and scheduled audits of manufacturing processes, work instructions, and product quality to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
- Document audit findings accurately and communicate non‑conformities to relevant departments for corrective action.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to investigate quality issues and support root cause analysis.
- Maintain audit records and prepare reports summarizing audit results and trends for management review.
