ResponsibilitiesMake an impact. We are seeking a Manager of Quality Management leadership position to drive product and process quality initiatives in the Americas. This critical role will be working with leadership, operations and all functions to drive quality. The position is also part of the global quality team and works to standardize and drive global process improvement.
- Continuously improve the quality management system, standards and processes
- Lead analysis of errors and defects in projects
- Drive continuous improvement across processes and products.
- Analyze cost of poor quality, and enable the organization to reduce cost of poor quality.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Drive Problem Solving via Root Cause Analysis, corrective actions and preventive actions for projects
- Plan, conduct and support internal process, project and management system audits, to ensure compliance to a global ISO 9001 certification
- Oversee quality management processes for Supplier Quality, Supplier Ratings and Compliance.
- Coordinate with international quality teams to standardize quality practices across regions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in an ISO 9001‑regulated environment (or equivalent).
- Deep knowledge of integrated management systems and certification, especially for ISO 9001
- Strong analytical skills in quality tools like Six Sigma, FMEA, A3’s and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work with cross‑functional teams.
- Be available for travel to job sites, regional sites and global offices (25% travel)
- Proven track record in reducing cost of poor quality and improving operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, business or a related field.
- Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies.
- Experience in international quality standards and regulations.
- Project Management Certified (PMP)
- Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified
