Senior Quality Assurance Analyst – Overview

Day in the LifeAs the Senior Quality Assurance Analyst on our Quality Assurance Team, you will conduct quality assurance reviews to identify opportunities for improvement or potential compliance‑related deficiencies within retail insurance. You will communicate with stakeholders, consult on implementation plans, and ensure the firm’s high‑quality standards are achieved.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct quality assurance reviews of retail insurance processes.
- Identify improvement opportunities and compliance gaps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.
- Document findings and provide actionable recommendations.
- College degree or equivalent education, training, and work‑related experience.
- Five years of experience within the insurance industry.
- Ability to work independently.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to act with responsiveness, urgency, and professionalism while prioritizing responsibilities and proactively accomplishing goals.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
- Commercial insurance experience.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $56,100 to $104,700. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives. We also offer health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401(K) savings, and employee assistance programs.
