Atlanta, GA (100% Onsite) Pay: $44-$47/hr
Contract:
12 Month assignment with potential for extension or conversion
We're seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to support supplier quality, component validation, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced engineering environment.
What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred, all engineering disciplines considered)
- 3-6 years of engineering experience
- At least 1 year of Supplier Quality Engineering experience
- Experience working with suppliers, corrective actions, inspections, and component quality
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and root cause analysis
- Ability to work 100% onsite (local candidates preferred; quick relocation at candidate's expense is acceptable)
- Evaluate and qualify new suppliers
- Drive supplier corrective actions and quality improvements
- Develop inspection procedures and acceptance criteria
- Analyze material defects, field failures, and manufacturing issues
- Support component selection, qualification testing, and quality documentation
