FAT Brands Inc., based in Atlanta, is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Documentation Specialist to support the creation and management of work forms, SOPs and quality records.
You will implement and maintain a quality management system in line with GFSI, HACCP, and relevant regulations, train staff, and perform inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
This role is Monday–Friday in Atlanta, with occasional Saturdays, and offers hands-on involvement across QA and Ecommerce documentation.
