Construction Quality Manager – DC Project
Location: Atlanta, Georgia

A leading international engineering and construction contractor is looking for an experienced Construction Quality Manager to support the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical projects.
The successful candidate will lead project quality activities, ensuring that construction work, materials, documentation and processes comply with approved designs, client requirements and applicable industry standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan.
- Conduct site inspections, quality audits and compliance reviews.
- Review drawings, specifications, submittals and inspection records.
- Manage non-conformances, root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Oversee Inspection and Test Plans, material verification and quality documentation.
- Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, consultants and third-party inspectors.
- Support pre-installation meetings and communicate quality requirements to all trades.
- Prepare quality reports, performance metrics and project documentation.
- Deliver quality training to site and project personnel.
- Promote continuous improvement and accountability across the project.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of construction quality management experience.
- Previous experience on data centre, mission-critical, industrial, infrastructure or major commercial projects.
- Strong MEP construction and inspection knowledge.
- Experience creating Project Quality Plans and conducting audits.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems.
- Familiarity with standards such as ASTM, ASME, ACI and AWS.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and platforms such as Procore, CMiC or BIM 360.
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related subject is preferred.
- ASQ CQE/CQA, CQM-C or a similar quality certification would be advantageous.
