Food Technologist

Overview

Support product development by assisting with beverage and syrup formulation, lab‑scale trials, sample analysis, and cross‑functional coordination. This role focuses on hands‑on R&D support, ensuring accurate testing, documentation, and timely project execution.

• Prepare beverage and syrup formulations for trials and evaluations
• Conduct product sampling and support sensory testing
• Perform analysis including pH
  , titratable acidity
  , Brix
  , and other quality attributes
• Execute lab‑scale production trials and process beverages using beverage processing equipment (sparkling/frozen)
• Coordinate sample shipments with logistics teams
• Maintain and calibrate lab instruments per standard procedures
• Record and manage test data using internal systems
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support project delivery

• Bachelor’s in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field with 1–3 years of experience
• Knowledge of beverage technology, food chemistry, food microbiology, and food process technology
• Hands‑on experience in product development, batching, and lab‑scale trials
• Familiarity with food hygiene standards and analytical testing methods
• Basic project management and coordination skills
• Strong technical communication (written/verbal)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced R&D environment
