   Seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Researcher to help inform the design and development of next-generation Home Services products. This role will focus on understanding customer behaviors, validating product concepts, and uncovering opportunities to improve AI-driven experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research to inform product strategy and design decisions.

Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Evaluate customer interactions with AI, AR, visualization, and digital shopping experiences.

Lead user interviews, usability studies, concept testing, and market research efforts.

Translate research findings into actionable recommendations that improve customer outcomes.

Help shape innovative experiences related to home improvement, installation services, and AI-assisted shopping.

Ideal Background:

Experience in UX Research, CX Research, Human Factors, Design Research, or Market Research.

Strong customer interviewing and usability testing skills.

Experience supporting digital product teams in consumer-facing environments.

Exposure to AI-enabled products, conversational experiences, or emerging technologies is a plus.

Design experience is beneficial but not required. Candidates should be comfortable partnering closely with design teams.
