Primarily responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service and creating a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere for guests. Unlike standard restaurant service, this role focuses on engaging with guests, ensuring timely delivery of drinks, and enhancing the event-day experience.

• Build rapport with guests in assigned section, providing a personalized and engaging experience. Offer recommendations from beverage menu, including specialty cocktails, premium options, and non-alcoholic selections.
• Address guest needs promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction throughout the event.
• Take and serve drink orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to venue and company specific standards for presentation and quality.
• Monitor guests’ consumption responsibly, complying with alcohol service laws and venue policies.
• Assist in pre-event setup by organizing stations, arranging supplies, and reviewing assigned section for readiness.
• Participate in post-event duties, including cleaning, inventory checks, and resetting for the next event.
• Work closely with bartenders to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Communicate any guest needs to supervisor.
• Ensure tables in assigned section are well maintained and ready for next group.

Minimum 1+ years’ experience as a server.
