General Manager

This General Manager position is offered by an independent franchisee owning and operating a licensed McDonald’s restaurant. The franchisee is the sole employer and responsible for all employment matters.

As the General Manager, you will run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will work with the leader to set goals and create plans; lead a team of Department Managers; coach and provide direction; hire and develop managers.

• Run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald’s quality standards.
• Set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers; set their goals, track progress, and provide coaching.
• Improve Department performance to improve the restaurant overall.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build future leadership.

• Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
• Background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, or retail strongly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
