Previous Barback Experience Required - This is not a bartending position.
Barbacks are responsible for:
- Keeping the bar fully stocked & preparing garnishes.
- Quality control.
- Refilling juice bottles, fruit trays, & ice wells.
- Restocking liquor bottles, straws, napkins, & cups.
- Changing out kegs during the shift (must be able to lift 50ibs).
- Batching large quantities of cocktails.
- Following recipe guidelines while batching.
- Keeping the bar and surrounding area clean during service.
- Opening and closing the bar.
- Communicating directly with bartenders and management.
- Unloading truck orders.
- Organizing bar, storage, and prep areas.
- Following directions established by management.
