Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwashing machine.;
Wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.;
Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock.;
Sort, wash/re-wash silverware, and break down dirty bus tubs; rack and spray items with hot water.;
Follow safety policies, report maintenance needs, and perform physically demanding tasks (lift up to 50 pounds).
