$17.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are an elevated women’s clothing boutique in Atlanta, offering a curated, luxurious experience. We are seeking a meticulous, creative, and motivated Fulfillment & Inventory Associate who also has a passion for social media and marketing. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, values organization, and enjoys contributing both behind the scenes and online to showcase our boutique’s style.

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship online orders with care and attention to presentation
• Receive, organize, and maintain inventory with precision and attention to detail
• Assist with restocking and ensuring inventory accuracy
• Create and update polished product listings on our website (photography, descriptions, pricing)
• Support marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok)
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual aesthetics online
• Track engagement and gather insights to optimize marketing efforts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional stockroom and fulfillment area
• Communicate inventory, fulfillment, or marketing needs promptly to management
• Provide professional and warm client interactions, both online and in-person

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for fashion and a keen sense for style
• Comfortable using computers, e-commerce platforms, and social media tools (Shopify experience essential)
• Creative mindset with interest in marketing and social media content creation
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
• Retail, inventory, fulfillment, or marketing experience preferred but not required
