As a Sales Associate with The Connor Group, you are the face of our community! Your goal is to provide everyone who calls or visits the community an amazing experience, making them excited about the possibility of their new home and community they live in. • You're passionate about the Atlanta area and love being part of the community.
• You are an organized professional able to balance multiple clients with different wants and needs.
• Educate and overcome objections using fact-finding techniques to really get to know potential clients over the phone, via virtual tours, or in person!
• You're an innovative problem solver! Making your guests' day is your priority and you’re able to proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.

Pay/Benefits Information

• Competitive hourly compensation as well as up to $20,000 in commission – earned and paid monthly ($60,000 - $75,000 all in).
• Full benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision.
• Up to 88 hours of paid time off in your first year, PLUS paid holidays.
