We are hiring a Retail Customer Sales Associate to support face-to-face sales and marketing efforts within partnered retail locations. This role focuses on customer interaction, product promotion, and assisting with sales initiatives while building hands-on experience in marketing, sales support, and customer relations.

This position is well suited for individuals starting their careers or looking to develop practical skills in customer engagement and brand representation within a performance-driven, team-oriented environment.

• Engage with customers in-person to educate them on products, promotions, and brand offerings
• Represent client brands professionally through in-store marketing initiatives
• Provide high-quality customer service to new and existing clients
• Serve as a point of contact for customer questions and support
• Support sales and marketing efforts by contributing to business growth
• Collaborate with team members to achieve team objectives
• Assist in driving sales by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
