This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Store Manager located in Atlanta, GA. The Licensed Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including achieving sales goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities also include team leadership, staff coaching, and execution of operational and merchandising plans to meet organizational objectives.

• Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to guests.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Store Management, including operational planning, team leadership, and achievement of sales goals.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention to ensure store security and reduce risks.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving corporate goals while fostering a positive work environment.
• Previous optical retail or related experience is preferred.
• Valid state optician license and certification as required.
