Club Claims SpecialistThe salary range for this role is $13.70 to $17.75 per hour and is a remote role.
OverviewYou’ll never be bored in this role – as a Club Claims Specialist, you will manage the daily claims process of the Aaron's Club Program. This responsibility will involve being the liaison between Aaron's customers, Aaron's stores, and partners of the Aaron's Club program to ensure claims are received and processed in a timely manner.
What You Need- HS Diploma, some college preferred
- 3-4 years of experience
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
- Deliver consistent, high‑quality service to customers and stores throughout the claim life cycle, including prompt contact, explaining the process, setting expectations, and ongoing support
- Identify and recommend claims‑process improvements
- Initiate and conduct follow‑ups via proficient use of claims systems and related business systems
- Maintain current knowledge of store operations and P&L, as well as Aaron's Club products and services
- Collaborate with Aaron's accounting, financial, IT, and audit teams to ensure the claims payments are received timely and applied accurately to the store P&L
- Assist Aaron's stores with filing Club claims on behalf of the customer, ensuring all needed documentation is completed and sent to BMS, and providing high‑quality claim handling to all stores/customers
- Ability to manage time and resources to handle daily multi‑tasking demands
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving skills
