Compensation

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the location. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or work performed. Performance incentives are offered annually or quarterly.

Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They greet and thank customers, process returns/refunds, perform financial transactions, and assist with customer questions and needs. The role may require standing for long periods of time.
