• The position is hourly plus sales bonuses for individual sales and co-leading your team.
• In this role, you are responsible for individual sales and driving sales for the team you lead.
• $14.80/hr + individual sales bonuses + store sales bonus

Duties of the Assistant Store Manager

• Effectively support your store leader to lead, coach, and inspire your sales team on a daily basis to achieve and surpass monthly goals
• Assist your store leader to maintain a neat clean organized store environment at all times. Co-responsible for the overall productivity results in the store. Drive operational efficiency to help minimize risk and protect the store's assets. Support delivering financial results based on key performance indicators. Help identify ways to manage and control store expenses.
• Be the brand! Represent the client and our company with the utmost standards and ethics.
• Help to maintain a successful business and implement practices beneficial to the growth and development of YOUR BUSINESS.

Required Qualifications

• Computer skills and knowledge of common business applications, such as Outlook, Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience in coaching and leading others in a sales environment
• Experience in handling customer escalations
• Ability to lead and coach to deliver financial results
• Proven results in sales to be able to lead a team
