Retail Shipping​/Receiving & Fulfillment Clerk

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Inspect items for defects or damage during shipping and receiving.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to management.
• Record shortages, lost shipments, and report missing items to management.
• Accurately prepare items for shipment and determine the best method of shipment.
• Prepare and assemble containers for item shipment.
• Route merchandise to the sales floor.
• Ensure all back areas are clean, organized, and maintained.
• Follow loss prevention policies, departmental procedures, and safety protocols.
• Assist with recurring physical inventory as requested.
• Proactively monitor and print online order requests for fulfillment throughout each shift.
• Collect merchandise from the sales floor and accurately match items to customer orders.
• Follow e-commerce processes to update inventory, attach security tags, and print shipping documents, ensuring accuracy at every step.
• Print shipping labels for e-commerce orders.
• Verify all outgoing merchandise for quality and complete brand presentation.
• Prepare and assemble containers for shipment.

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving.
• Knowledge of UPS operations preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and store events as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent
