Job Overview

As a Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you will play an essential role in supporting store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and organize merchandise, pick, pack, process trailers, retrieve orders from back‑of‑house storage and deliver them curbside to the customer.
  • Monitor alerts to ensure "Ready on Time" completion of Buy Online Pickup In‑Store (BOPS) orders.
  • Keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently.
  • Greet shoppers warmly and provide customer satisfaction and overall store performance.
  • Promote the store by preparing merchandise, updating signs and pricing, restocking items, and supporting any needed merchandise moves.
  • Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, communicating effectively and supporting each other with honesty and care.
Qualifications
  • Full‑time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week; part‑time colleagues typically 12–24 hours per week.
  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Understanding of and communication with customers, co‑workers, and reading employment policies and safety rules/procedures.
  • Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
  • Resourceful, eager to start a new venture, and able to adapt to changing conditions.
  • Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions.
