• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing fast, friendly, and excellent customer service.
• Act as a subject matter expert, delivering accurate product information and selling based on customer needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter‑free store environment.
• Restock shelves and ensure all displays are up to date with new products.
• Remain knowledgeable about the evolving product range and stay informed of industry trends.
• Assist in creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all guests.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; in some states 21 years of age may be required.
• Previous retail experience, especially within a similar industry, is a plus.
• Product knowledge and experience within the vaping/commercial retail sector is a plus.
• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable and eager to grow within a fast‑paced, expanding company.
