• Mission:
  This person ensures customers have access to well‑stocked vending products and services, manages inventory and cash, and maintains machine functionality.

• Inventory Management:
  Receives and processes deliveries of diverse vending products, including soft drinks, bakery items, specialty foods, snack items, and sundries, at the customer’s place of business.
• Vending Operations:
  Stocks shelves or racks in vending machines and coolers, manages the collection of stale, rejected, or unsold merchandise, and handles money collection from machines while refilling bill and coin changers.
• Financial Tracking:
  Accurately records all transactions using appropriate cards or electronic devices and maintains strict accountability for both cash collected and product inventory.
• Customer Service & Ordering:
  Engages with existing customers to assess the adequacy of service, introduces new products or services, actively listens to and resolves service complaints, and prepares order forms for food and pastry products.
• Equipment Maintenance:
  Performs routine maintenance and sanitation tasks on vending machines, in addition to maintaining a clean and organized storeroom and vending area.

• Background:
  Early Career professional focused on providing direct vending products and services.
