Cart Attendant​/Customer Loading Associate; Weekend Shift

Pay: $18.50/hour, paid weekly
Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Shift: 12:30 PM 8:30 PM (2nd Shift)
Duration: 2+ Month Assignment

Help create an outstanding shopping experience by keeping carts and shopping tools fully stocked, assisting customers with loading purchases, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store entrance and loading area. This role requires excellent customer service, frequent walking, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Assist customers with loading and unloading purchases.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Resolve customer questions and know when to escalate concerns to management.

• Collect and replenish shopping carts and baby strollers throughout the day.
• Keep shopping supplies fully stocked, including:
  • Shopping carts
  • Baby strollers
  • Yellow shopping bags
  • Store maps
  • Pencils
  • Twine
• Ensure all shopping tools are fully stocked before store opening each day.

• Keep the loading zone clean by removing cardboard, packing materials, and stray carts.
• Monitor shopping equipment and report damaged carts, equipment, or technology issues.
• Remove any unsafe equipment from customer use.
