As a Host/Cashier, you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests and helping them with their orders. You'll make sure everyone has a great experience from the moment they walk in until they leave.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a smile and make them feel welcome.
Manage the seating arrangements efficiently.
Take orders and handle payments smoothly.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Answer any questions guests might have about the menu or services.
Work with the team to ensure excellent customer service.
Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus Previous cashier experience is helpful but not necessary
Friendly and welcoming attitude
Good communication skills
Ability to handle cash and operate a register
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
