WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Inspire your team members to achieve professional and personal goals
• Foster an inclusive, people-focused work environment
• Consistently create positive, memorable experiences for our customers
• Ensure wash quality and Mister's brand standards are upheld
• Take ownership of your store's financial performance and identify growth opportunities
• Adopt a strategic approach to staffing and scheduling that maximizes return on investment in labor
• Lead store initiatives and form community partnerships
• Oversee all training of current and new team members at the car wash
• Recruit, interview, and hire new team members and perform all HR responsibilities
• Work with software programs and applications, including Microsoft Office, our point-of-sale system, HR systems, and more

WHAT YOU NEED

• Completion of the General Manager Track of the Operations Leadership Program
• A track record of successful outcomes with the ability to take ownership and be proactive
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills
• The ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
• Availability and flexibility to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends, with a varying schedule
• High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
• Able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours
• Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head
• Upon offer, selected candidates are required to complete a pre-hire background check and driving history review
