Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead / Floor Leader on Duty for our Atlanta store. You will model exceptional guest service, guide a team of Bear Builders, and help drive sales during designated shifts.
When not on duty, you serve as a Bear Builder, maintaining brand standards, creating a warm atmosphere, and ensuring a memorable experience for every guest. You must be able to work 15–25 hours weekly, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
