Supervise, develop, and motivate a team of brand associates to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience aligned with brand purpose and values.

• Coach and develop staff to exceed productivity goals.
• Engage customers in conversations about products, activities, and community events.
• Supervise floor coverage and store operations, handling opening/closing as scheduled.
• Provide training and ongoing development in customer engagement, company programs, policies, and procedures.
• Support financial and operational objectives, including expense control, loss prevention, audits, and weekly reporting.
• Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, standards, and practices.
• Model respectful behavior and promote an inclusive team environment.
• Encourage participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices.

• 1+ year of store management experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales results.
• Flexible schedule – weekends, evenings, holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced store environment.
• Proficient computer skills – word processing, spreadsheets, store software.
• Detail‑oriented decision‑making ability.
• Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and foster engaging customer experience.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, use ladders, and operate office equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: experience in outdoor apparel or related retail industry.

Hiring Range: $15.80 – $23.70 per hour. Eligible for incentive and commission opportunities.
