Summary

Lead and inspire an in-store team to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences while driving sales and commercial performance. Serve as a role model on the sales floor, coach and develop team members, and support store operations to ensure brand standards are met. Act as a key contributor to clienteling, category performance, and talent development within the store.

• Support team in building long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and action plans to maximize product performance.
• Act as a sales role model, achieve personal goals, support team sales and ensure floor standards are consistently delivered.
• Provide coaching, identify training needs, contribute to talent identification and succession planning.
• Champion product categories and share market and client insights with Corporate Merchandising.
• Support operational adherence including inventory management, staff planning, and implementation of brand policies and grooming guidelines.
