PGA TOUR Superstore - - Responsibilities:
Engage with customers and provide world-class service at the front-end areas (cashier area and club desk).;
Greet and engage customers throughout the front-end areas and assist with transactions.;
Execute front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions.;
Process payments securely and accurately in accordance with SOP.;
Maintain a clean, professional front-end area and stay updated on promotions.
