Schedule:

20 hours per week – Friday 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. Holiday schedule includes additional shifts during November and December.

In partnership with Meta, 2020 Companies is hiring part-time Sales Specialists to recommend Meta products to retail shoppers, provide product information, and help customers experience Meta’s AR/VR technology.

Work closely with retail shoppers in Best Buy to demonstrate Meta’s AR/VR headsets, accessories, and related products. Act as the go-to resource for customers, train retail associates on new AI apps and tools, and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming, technology-first environment.

• Showcase Meta gadgets and demonstrate how they enhance customers’ fitness, gaming, and entertainment experiences.
• Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the right Meta product.
• Represent Meta and 2020 Companies professionally, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Maintain clean, organized, visually appealing displays of Meta devices and promotions.
• Collaborate with retail sales associates and leaders, sharing knowledge and supporting a positive work environment.
• Track customer interactions and sales electronically; submit daily reports via mobile device.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months of experience in retail, electronics, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and close sales is required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone with iOS 11 or newer or Android Samsung S25 or newer.
• Physical ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab up to 20 lbs occasionally; accommodations available as needed.
• Reliable transportation for scheduled visits.
