As a Retail Associate within our boutiques, you will support in all areas of Retail to maximize sales opportunities. • As a Boutique Associate: support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences, support the Atelier team, curate merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment.
• As a Style Advisor: sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise; deliver world‑class experiences by creating meaningful, memorable moments; build deep and personalized connections with clients, enhancing their loyalty and affinity to Aritzia.
• As a Service Advisor: welcome clients, match them with products and direct to the right Service Counter, prepare product for processing, efficiently and accurately process transactions, package product for an everyday luxury opening experience, support operations at the Service Counter.
• As an Inventory Associate: efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and our clients; strategically place product in the backroom; uphold product display standards; enable seamlessly integrated cross‑channel shopping experiences; support seamless operations across clients, product, space, risk, and operations.
• As a Merchandiser: ensure efficient and accurate processing of shipments; strategically place product on sales floor; translate product story; validate product display standards; enable cross‑channel shopping; support seamless operations across clients, product, space, risk, and operations.

The typical hiring range for this position is $20 - $30 per hour. Aritzia’s Everyday Luxury compensation package goes beyond the base salary with growth and recognition opportunities through a pay‑for‑performance philosophy.
