Retail Sales - Women's Apparel - Perimeter Mall

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in‑store and digital selling using effective tools (text, social media).
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide the best service to customers on their terms.
• Give honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit.
• Seek fashion and product knowledge to build expertise.
• Work with the team to keep the department customer‑ready: filling orders, stocking, re‑merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
• Adapt to varied shifting hours and occasionally perform duties in other departments.

$13.50 - $13.50 hourly. Commission varies: apparel, shoes, and accessories 3%–14.5%; beauty and men’s fragrance 3%. Performance‑based incentives/bonuses may be available.
