The Luxury Brand Liaison Officer serves as a visible ambassador for both our security team and property management. This position combines security, hospitality, and brand representation, requiring individuals who can maintain a strong security presence while providing world-class customer service to guests, retailers, and our client.

• Foster positive relationships with luxury retailers, mall patrons, store leadership, and client.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and concierge-level support to guests and tenants.
• Maintain a professional and highly visible presence throughout Lenox Square.
• Support security initiatives while promoting a safe shopping environment.
• Respond appropriately to security concerns, incidents, and customer needs.
• Act as a trusted liaison between luxury brands, mall management, and security operations.
• Represent the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and hospitality.
