The Kroger Company -  - Responsibilities:
Bag groceries at checkout for customers;
Aim to bag at least five items per bag without damaging contents;
Follow bagging best practices for reusable/plastic/paper bags;
Assist in unloading customers’ merchandise from the bottom of baskets for checkout;
Offer to help customers load bags into their car;
Perform basic shelf conditioning;
Inform customers of grocery specials;
Return merchandise to store shelves;
Collect and return bascarts to designated areas;
Clean spills and collect trash inside store and parking lot;
Clean all areas inside and outside of store;
Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise;
Understand store layout and locate products; conduct price checks for cashiers;
Support safety programs by following safety procedures and reporting unsafe conditions;
Adhere to local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines;
Provide friendly assistance to customers about products across the store;
Work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment;
Manage conflict in a calm, cooperative manner;
Maintain honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information;
Follow directions and seek help to resolve customer and business issues;
Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
