Client Experience Intern

The ANT/DOTE Client Experience Internship offers aspiring interns a chance to gain insight into different facets of working within a Luxury Retail setting. Interns will engage with various areas, including back-of-house management, inventory control, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, and client interaction. This role will involve assisting the Store Director at ANT/DOTE with various activities, events, and experiences aimed at fostering personal growth and integrating you into the ANT/DOTE community.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Store Director to remerchandise the store on a weekly basis.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Provide regular reports on the impact of product remerchandising on sales performance.
• Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events, including logistical tasks and event setup.
• Support VIC clients with consignment pulls and requests as directed by the Store Director.
• Manage organization of the back of house area.
• Collaborate with the E-commerce team to fulfill orders and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist sales and creative departments as needed.

Required Skills:

• Luxury fashion sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Passion for fashion and a background in Retail/Fashion/Luxury is desirable.
