Success requires strong organization, sound judgment, and the ability to keep multiple projects moving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Display Strategy & Sales Support:
Support seasonal and annual display strategy for the writing instruments portfolio. Translate brand plans into display vehicles such as PDQs, sidekicks, clip-strips, shippers, and feature bins. Coordinate renders, planograms, and cost estimates, and maintain the Standard Display Program for sales teams.
  • Production & Cost Management:
Ensure designs meet retailer guidelines, brand standards, and operational requirements. Confirm customer orders ahead of production purchase to align quantities with demand and avoid over-ordering. Coordinate production samples and get them to Sales for customer review and approval. Track display costs against budget and flag variances early.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Serve as the central point of contact for assigned display projects. Support creative direction, product assortment, and seasonal storytelling for each program. Align timelines and deliverables across all supporting functions.
  • Retail Execution & Performance:
Work with field teams to monitor in-store compliance and close execution gaps. Analyze display performance using point-of-sale, shipment, and compliance data. Apply insights and emerging display trends to improve future programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CPG display execution, trade marketing, retail activation, visual merchandising, or sales operations.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating display programs in major channels (Mass, Office, Grocery, Club, eCommerce, Drug, Specialty).
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing sales and display performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, plus project tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or CAPM certification, or comparable project management training.
  • Experience with in writing instruments, stationery, office supplies, or adjacent categories.
  • Knowledge of retailer systems (Walmart Retail Link, Target Partners Online, Amazon Vendor Central, etc.).
  • Familiarity with display manufacturing processes, materials, and cost drivers.
  • Strong understanding of seasonal reset cycles (Back-to-School, Holiday, Everyday).
