What You'll Do:
- Help customers find wines that fit their tastes, needs, and budget
- Answer questions and offer thoughtful recommendations
- Stay current on featured wines, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Assist with event, party, and gift orders
- Recommend food pairings and create gift packages
- Represent Tower at tastings, educational sessions, and community events
- Create and maintain organized, engaging wine displays
- Keep shelves clean, stocked, and accurately signed
- Assist with vintage changes, inventory, and other store needs
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of wine industry or retail sales experience
- Strong working knowledge of wine
- WSET certification or similar credentials are a major plus
- An existing client portfolio and interest in building local relationships
- Friendly, confident communication and strong follow-up
- Dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently
- A genuine interest in continuing to learn and grow
- Nights, weekends, and some holidays are part of the schedule. Applicants must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
